Add a placeholder for dropdown for selecting fluid type data similar to FluidFlow fluid data entry philosophy.

Also, make heat transfer properties (Thermal conductivity and specific heat) optional. That is, the user does not need to define any data nor apply default values to simplify the data entry process.

If heat transfer calculations is applied for fluid data without heat transfer properties, add a warning message instead to also simplify the analysis.
